INSIDE SALES Associate (Steel /Cement )
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken inside sales representative to join our sales
team. The inside sales representative will be responsible for developing new leads,
communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales
process.
Inside Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of our services.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Researching and qualifying new leads
QUALIFICATIONS-
- Requirement: BE / B tech/ Bachelor`s Degree
- 1+ years of Inside Sales Lead generation .
- Knowledge of region specific languages where they will be deployed (Marathi/Telugu/Tamil/Kannada)
- Prospecting and closing Skills.
- Knowledge of sales principles and practices.
- Customer service Acumen.
- Desire to exceed growth, and working in a fast paced environment.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
- Outbound calling experience. 100 calls a day.
- Leads will be provided by us.
- Selling TMT Bars, Cement to Individual home builders, Contracts, etc.
- Closing deals on call
- Excellent English communication
- Should be comfortable to join the Kalina office (Mon to Fri working. Timing is 9.30 to 6.30pm)
- Apart from English they should know at least one of this language (Kannada/Tamil/Malayalam)
- FEMALE Candidates only.
- Any Industry will do, outbound calling is important.
- If they are from Infra Market, India mart - Builder Segment, Moglix, Udaan. First preference.
- Minimum 2 years experience.
