HR Executive
Job Description:
Looking for candidates for HR-Executive position (80% Recruitment + 20% Generalist) .
Qualification – MSW / Graduate (kanada Language compulsory)
Exp – 3 -4 Years
CTC – 4 – 6 Lac
Preference for Females.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate with Concerned HOD’s to get a clear view of their hiring needs and organizational goals.
- In coordination with respective functional heads define job description and document specifications.
- Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels.
- Present shortlisted candidates.
- Present detailed candidate profile summaries.
- Organise for Interviews.
- Update Recruitment tracker on weekly basis.
- Research and develop recruiting leads.
- To be innovative & think out of the box to source & attract talent.
- To have in depth understanding of the company & its policies to pitch correctly to the candidates.
- To conduct Preliminary interviews, administer tests, roll out offer etc. (end to end recruitment activity).
