Job Description:
1 Quality Assurance and Quality Control of Raw Material, Fabrication, Welding, Heat
Treatment, Machining.
2 Familiar with preparation of QAP, QCP
3 Awareness of QMS system, SQC, Supplier Audit process
4 Sound knowledge of First Article Inspection & its implementation
5 Able to prepare Measurement Plan
6 Sound knowledge National & International standards
7 Incoming Inspection of all Mechanical items
8 In process inspection fabricated, Machined items, Assembly, Integrated assembly
9 Final Inspection of complete systems
10 Documentation as per QAP
11 Traceability maintenance
12 Brief knowledge of standards
13 Knowledge of NDT Technique LPT, MPT, UT, RT
