Job Description:

Title: HR Admin (US Payroll)

 Job Overview:

 We are seeking an experienced HR Admin with a strong focus on US payroll to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and processing payroll for our US employees. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, administering benefits and supporting various HR functions.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Process bi-weekly payroll for US employees using ADP or similar payroll software
  • Maintain employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in salary or benefits
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee deductions, taxes, and other payroll-related transactions
  • Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, and terminations
  • Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures
  • Provide support to HR team on employee relations issues, performance management, and other HR-related tasks as needed
  • Prepare and distribute various HR reports as needed

 Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in HR administration with a focus on US payroll
  • Experience with ADP or similar payroll software
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
