The company is a Private Limited firm, and the office is based out of Chembur, near to Chembur Station. It is a startup in the e-learning space. Our website is https://www.dronalaya.com

We are looking for hiring candidates who could contact Corporate Trainers, Professionals into part time training, Teachers associated with Institutions, Colleges, Universities, Retired professionals and professors who are capable of teaching, People associated with Music, Arts, Languages, Career Counselling, PR, Competitive Exam Preparation, etc. and people who conduct guest sessions, conferences, workshops, etc.  They will also be contacting and enrolling the users on the site by visiting colleges / institutions and corporates to connect with students and HR for training needs in the companies and explaining the model to the end users who are employees in the companies.

Profile of Candidates

1. 4-5 people with Sales and Marketing Experience, preferably with background of working with Education / Corporate Training segment. If they have worked with e-learning platforms, it would be appreciated. They need to have excellent communication skills (both over the phone as well as willingness to meet in person) and should be willing to travel.

1. MBA with 2-3 years of experience or non-MBA with 4-5 years of experience will be ok. A strong fresher at the low end of the salary, if really good, can be considered.
2. Cost to Company (Basic + Variable) will be in the range of Rs. 20-30K pm based on the years of experience. Ensure that their expectations are within the prescribed range. We will look for one senior person in this, who could lead the team and that person could be with 7-8 years of experience in the range of 40-45K pm.

2. The target markets are Gujarat, Maharashtra and Bangalore. Knowledge of local language will be an added advantage. You can even look for 1 Bangalore based person for South region, we have a senior person there (but no office) to manage the resource.

Other Profiles (after 2 months)

3. 1-2 People for managing Billing / Accounts and Bank related work. Around 15K with 3-4 years of experience
4. 1 person for overall HR / Admin. Around 15K with 3-4 years of experience.
5. 2-3 people for Call Centre activities (if you know a call centre service provider to whom we can outsource our call centre activity, we would prefer that)
