Job Title: HR Intern

Job Type: Internship

Job Duration: 3 months

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and motivated HR Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for human resources and a desire to gain practical experience in a professional setting. This internship is open to both undergraduate and graduate students who want to start their career in HR, as well as mothers who want to restart their career in HR. There are no barriers for the ideal candidate, and we encourage individuals from all backgrounds to apply.
Job Responsibilities:

- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
- Coordinate and participate in onboarding activities for new hires, including orientation sessions, paperwork completion, and system access setup.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of employee files, including updating personnel data, tracking performance evaluations, and processing status changes.
- Help with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, as well as employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed, such as organizing and scheduling meetings, taking meeting minutes, and compiling reports.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations is a plus.
