Job Description:
- To develop infrastructure for implementing various safety standards at ground level by way of conducting training, learning/sharing, horizontal learning deployment.
- Identify Gaps, and lapses with respect to standards, and take corrective action accordingly
- To implement the safety initiatives for creating safe working conditions & follow the statutory compliances.
- Implement electrical maintenance activities of VSF plant so as to ensure optimum production loss & delivery within target cost & quality Parameters
- Execute implementation activities of ABG Standard’s
- Prepare formulate PM checklist with equipment history updates. Update the checklists as per WCM requirements
- Prepare maintain, and update Cannibalization sheets for Standardization / Rationalization of spares w.r.t make and maintaining minimum stock level.
- Prepare RCA and implement learnings to ensure zero breakdown
- Attend day to day customers call and closing them there itself
- Prepare IMS, WCM, process safety documents to meet the respective standard requirements
- Allocate resources for execution of project activities with respect to planned timeline
- To implement the initiatives to upkeep the electrical equipment to ensure uninterrupted production/operations.
- Execute Preventive & Predictive maintenance of process equipment’s in close coordination with process owner to ensure maximum.
- Execute Annual shutdown activity and perform overhauling of the process equipments
- Prepare BOB, costing of projects/modifications for day to day Process changes
- Arrange Calibration of all related Electrical machines
- Allocate actual resources as per priority of Ancillary Plant process
- To implement cost reduction plan/measures
- Maintain Cost sheets and ensure optimum budget Utilization
- Reduce operational cost by implementing various cost saving initiatives
- Introduction of new Vendors for getting more competitive cost edge without compromising performance aspect
- To enhance knowledge & skills of team/subordinates.
- Enhancing Team skills by Conducting on job training session
- Motivate the performance of subordinates by involving in Kaizens, connecting them with organizational goals
- To provide & implement the suggestions of operational parameters to control plant operation to meet all the environment standards.
- Implement Eco friendly maintenance practice & waste disposal system to enable ISO 14001 compliances.
- Identify gaps & ensure closure of audit findings by generating awareness to the peers and subordinates.
- Achieve 100% availability of E & I equipment and system
- PM activity through SAP
- Optimize and control CPP- S&S and RPM expenses
- Inventory, Insured, Ideals, List review
- Knowledge of- Capex job and annual improvement projects
- Capex Project and annual improvement project.
