Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize Jira to support our organization's software development process, including workflows, custom fields, issue types, and screens.
  • Manage and maintain Jira projects, boards, filters, and dashboards.
  • Implement Jira plugins and add-ons to enhance our Jira instance's capabilities.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve Jira-related issues.
  • Provide training and support to users on Jira best practices, usage, and features.
  • Monitor and ensure the security and integrity of Jira data.
  • Create and maintain Jira documentation, including user guides, administration guides, and policies and procedures.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve Jira performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest Jira features, trends, and best practices.

Work Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience as a Jira Administrator.
  • Strong knowledge of Jira administration, customization, and configuration.
  • Experience with Jira plugins and add-ons.
  • Familiarity with agile software development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

·  Experience with other Atlassian tools, such as Confluence, is a plus.
