Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize Jira to support our organization's software development process, including workflows, custom fields, issue types, and screens.
- Manage and maintain Jira projects, boards, filters, and dashboards.
- Implement Jira plugins and add-ons to enhance our Jira instance's capabilities.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve Jira-related issues.
- Provide training and support to users on Jira best practices, usage, and features.
- Monitor and ensure the security and integrity of Jira data.
- Create and maintain Jira documentation, including user guides, administration guides, and policies and procedures.
- Continuously evaluate and improve Jira performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest Jira features, trends, and best practices.
Work Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience as a Jira Administrator.
- Strong knowledge of Jira administration, customization, and configuration.
- Experience with Jira plugins and add-ons.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
· Experience with other Atlassian tools, such as Confluence, is a plus.
