Job Description:
- Ability to conduct Market Research & gather Intelligence.
- Understand Market, Market segmentation, Potential Customers and develop business strategies.
- Generation of Leads and Conversion to prospects. Lead the tendering and proposal activities.
- Develop a growth strategy in sync with Business Unit vision & growth plans.
- Managing Customer Relationship, Customer Experience, Customer Expectation/ Perception.
- Manage P&L of the segment.

Lead Technical Collaboration with key OEMs and negotiate long term strategic partnerships.
- Project Management and Integration of battery energy storage system including scheduling, costing, invoicing and collection.
- Forecasting industry trends domestic as well as globally.
