Job Description:
Summary:
The Field Sales Officer for Loan Against Property is responsible for generating new leads and closing sales for loan against property products . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Qualify leads and assess their needs.
- Present loan against property products and services to potential clients.
- Close sales and negotiate terms.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Track and report on sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong presentation skills.
- The ability to build relationships with clients.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the Indian financial industry.
