1. Preparation of PFD, URS, FDS, Cycle Time Analysis, etc.
2. Calculation for Utilities, Peak Loads, Pipe / Pump sizing, Equipment capacity, and other accessories capacity/load/size
3. Preparation of P&ID, TS, DS, BOQ, Tender, and Validation documents (VMP, FAT, IQ, OQ, PQ, etc)
Basic requirement:
1. Knowledge of chemical engineering unit operations/processes
2. Knowledge of various Regulatory / GMP / Statutory requirements related to Pharmaceuticals & Biotech manufacturing (Preferred)
3. Knowledge of chemical engineering design calculations
4. Knowledge of engineering guidelines like ISPE, ASME, ASME-BPE, ASTM, etc
5. Ready to travel extensively
6. Willing to stay on-site for extended durations
7. Knowledge of AutoCAD (Preferred)

1. Strong verbal and written communication skill.
2. Excellent problem solving and time management skill.
3. Self-motivated and highly organized.
4. Can handle assignments independently.
5. Ability to work in groups/as a part of heterogeneous team.
6. Maintain performance in demanding situations
Esired exposure/ hands-on experience include:
• Engineering & Consultancy – Biotech & Pharmaceuticals
• Process Engineers – Sterile API / Formulations / Biotech Facilities
• QA (Validation Experts) – Sterile API / Formulations / Biotech Facilities Desired
Experience:
• 4 – 6 years (in case of B.E/M.pharma/B.Pharma.)
• 6 - 8 years (in case of M.Sc/B.Sc.)
• Process Engineering/ Design know-how will be an added advantage for the M.Pharma/ M.Sc. candidates
• M.Pharma/ M.S
