Job Description:
This is a vital role in the Leadership & Manager Development subfunction of Learning & OD at EI. The subfunction is accountable for design, delivery and program management of interventions for leadership development across levels; it does this by amalgamating expertise in program design and facilitation with insights sought through partnerships with Function Leaders and other stakeholders.
- As Senior Manager - L&OD Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our learning and development activities and in acting as advisor and partner to our business teams.
Work closely with Senior Director -L&OD and global MLD team to drive the Leadership and Managerial development agenda
What you will do
- lead, facilitate and coach for managerial development programs
- Design/curate curriculum for professional development modules
- partner on needs and agenda setting with senior stakeholders for Leadership and behavioural interventions and learning journeys
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- drive learner experience, innovation, and advancement of our L&D function
Qualifications
- Proven experience of 15+ years as a Learning practitioner with facilitation accountabilities
- Good exposure to coaching practices – Individual and Group
- Exposure to Leadership assessment tools and Developmental methodologies
- Ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at different levels to cater to business needs
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
- L&D Certifications
