Job Description:
Need HR generalist for Maxlite AAC blocks
- - 1 to 5 years’ experience in HR
- - Experience in recruitment and payroll related
- - Awareness about payroll, attendance
- - Good in MS Excel
- - Good in maintaining employee relations
- - Good in handling queries
- Experience in Statutory compliances like PF,ESIC, gratuity,labour laws and acts
- Awareness about payroll, attendance
- Assist in the preparation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Generate HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making.
- Participate in HR projects, initiatives, and events as required.
- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Handle confidential information and sensitive matters with discretion.
- Contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture through engagement activities.
