Job Description:
We have an opening for the post of Regional Trainer for a reputed Company for their Mumbai/Pune Office.
Job Description:
- Need to be strong in handling multiple tasks.
- Conduct New Hire sessions, Refresher session, On-the-job training, coaching, team building training etc.
- Closely work with L&D head and chalk out programs as per requirements
- Should be willing to travel to multiple branches and On-the-job training
Candidates Profile:
- Good English Communication.
- Self-Motivated.
- Entrepreneurial Attitude.
- Presentable.
- Team Managing
- Leadership skills
- Preferable from Real Estate/Insurance in Training and Development.
