Sr.Sales Executive -Paints & Coating
Job Description:
Job Purpose:
? Provide positive sales experience to our customers through increased level of professionalism, knowledge and attention to latest paint products and technology available in the company.
? Proactively seek sales opportunities for further growth to achieve long term sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
? Create and support increased level of proactive sales and marketing for the assigned customers.
? Manage and grow the customer base with increase in sales and improved profitability.
? Achieve sales and collection Target. ? Timely update to the management about market, competition, need for new products and feedback from our customers to enable company to formulate suitable strategy.
? Communicate prices, rebates, discounts, new offers to the customers in prompt and effective manner.
? Ensure proper communication to Sales Supports Team in office to minimize mistakes and thereby minimizing need for corrections.
? Build up in-depth knowledge on Marigold Products, gain market intelligence and build strong relationship with assigned customers to ensure that we position ourselves competitively to meet sales objectives.
? Share knowledge, experience and information with colleagues to facilitate teamwork within the department and cross-functionally.
Cross-Functional Relations:
? All departments including key functions like Supply Chain, Technical Services, Finance and HR. Required Education, Skills & Experience: (The minimum requirements necessary to accomplish the major responsibilities of the position)
? Degree in Science/Commerce /Arts or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
? 2- 4 years of sales experience in the paint industry ? Good inter-personal skills and Customer Service minded.
? Knowledge of India Paint market
? Fluent in local language/dialects, Able to communicate in English – Desired but not essential
? Computer literate including MS Office applications.
Key Performance Indicators: ? Sales (in liters and revenue), Gross Profits, Customer and painters meet developing new dealers and customers, increase sales of each product, Increase Market Share, Achieve Collection Target. Attend product complaints, Spend Five days in Market. Launch new Products, Competitors activities.
