Job Description:

 

Title:                                      Key Account Executive / Territory Development Executive 

Location:                               Delhi / Bangalore /Chennai 

Reporting to:                        Regional Sales Manager   

Responsible for:                   Growing the company's revenue by ensuring that key clients are

satisfied with the services provided, identifying new business opportunities for key clients, and attending all meetings, conventions, and training workshops. Lead generation and business development.

Duties:

  1. Responsible to deliver annual, quarterly & monthly sales target and drive annual growth
  1. Lead generation and procuring new clients/ business in assigned region
  2. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients with high revenue.
  3. Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions. Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients and company.
  4. Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams. Addressing and resolving key clients’ complaints.
  5. Communicating and collaborating with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met.
  6. Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
  7. Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals.
  1. Manage CRM and funnel management tools and apply these skills consistently to forecast business, manage customer opportunities, build opportunity pipeline, and make business decisions.  Maintain records and communications with customer base through CRM tool.

Requirements:

  • Ability to: handle extensive sales, client servicing, networking and handle multiple clients, coordinate with clients and retention. Manage team.
  • Education: Bachelor's/ post graduate degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or related field;
  • Knowledge of: Microsoft Office applications, data management
