We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts targeting Global Inhouse Centers (GICs), Global Capability Centers (GCCs), and Captive Centers within various industries. The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving business growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, understanding client needs, and presenting tailored solutions that align with their strategic goals. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the GIC/GCC landscape.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to target Global Inhouse Centers, Global Capability Centers, and Captives.
- Leverage existing industry connections and proactively build new relationships to generate leads and opportunities.
- Identify and understand client needs, challenges, and pain points, and position our services effectively to address these.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings to key stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that the proposed solutions align with client requirements and capabilities.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, accurately forecasting potential deals and revenues.
- Engage in both hunting (acquiring new clients) and farming (expanding business within existing clients) activities.
- Establish and maintain strong executive-level relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to drive informed sales strategies.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to further enhance brand visibility.
Required Knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- A minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the GIC/GCC/Captive space or related B2B sales, with a strong emphasis on consultative selling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of the GIC/GCC landscape, including industry trends, challenges, and client expectations.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales-related tools.
- Proficiency in building and maintaining relationships with C-level executives.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and conferences as required.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
