We are seeking dynamic and experienced individuals to join our team as Business Development Managers. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in establishing our market presence by identifying, cultivating, negotiating, and securing business relationships across India. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- *Lead Conversion:* Efficiently convert direct inquiries and leads from various online platforms such as IndiaMart, TradeIndia, etc., into valuable business opportunities.

- *B2B Sales:* Drive B2B sales initiatives to expand our customer base and revenue streams.

- *New Business Generation:* Proactively identify and engage potential clients, fostering new business relationships.

- *Sales Management:* Oversee the entire sales process to successfully close new business deals.

- *Client Relationship Building:* Establish and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.

- *Database Maintenance:* Keep our prospective client database up-to-date with accurate information.

- *Cold Calling:* Initiate cold calls to discover new business prospects.

- *Proposal Support:* Assist in the creation and distribution of business proposals to prospective clients.

- *Product Knowledge:* Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all the products and services offered by the company.

- *Adherence to Guidelines:* Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquiring customers, distributors, and super stockists.

*Required Candidate Profile:

- Proven experience in lead generation and B2B sales.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English, Gujarati, and Hindi.

- Ability to communicate professionally and confidently with clients.
