  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities in the mentioned geography and  the target segment.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders and help them in troubleshooting and resolving bottlenecks.
  • Should be able to strategize for the market development and execute the plan to achieve intended objectives.
  • Conducting market research to identify the gap in the offerings and help company to fill the gap.
  • Strong project management, including developing action plans, identifying deliverables, and delivering results.
  • Must have worked in construction projects where the involvement is very very high.
  • Design and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
