Job Description:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through research and outreach.
- Develop a pipeline of qualified prospects for software solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Tailor presentations to address the unique needs and challenges of each client.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors & offerings.
- Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance our software solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities using CRM software.
- Generate regular sales reports for management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven track record of successful software sales.
- Strong understanding of software products and services.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to achieve sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events, as needed.
Office Hours/ Shift Timings: 09:00 AM to 06:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (1st & 3rd Saturday Off)
