Job Description:
Experience – 2 to 4 years in Production Dept ( on rubber mould ), in rubber moulding.
3 shifts duty is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the deflashing of all the moulded parts in Cryogenic and AcTON Deflashing Machines.
- Should interact with the Production and Quality teams to improve the product quality and efficiency of dispatches.
- Should also interact with the Vendors looking after the Post Moulding Operations.
- Must be able to lead a small team of temporary employees for all the Post production activities.
- Responsible for the Preventive Maintenance of all machines used for deflashing activity such as Cryogenic & AcTON Deflashing Machines and Grinders.
- Will be responsible to maintain Machine Utilization Reports of all the machines used in Post production activities.
- Responsible to maintain all the records as per Standard.
