Responsible for managing dispatch operations and raw material inventory, ensuring timely movement of finished goods and proper availability of raw materials for production. The role involves coordinating with Production, Stores, Purchase, Transporters, Sales, and Accounts teams for smooth material flow. Maintain accurate records of incoming raw materials, stock levels, material consumption, finished goods dispatch, vehicle loading, documentation, and delivery status.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily dispatch and raw material operations.
• Monitor receipt, storage, and availability of raw materials.
• Maintain raw material stock and inventory records.
• Coordinate with Production for raw material requirements.
• Plan and coordinate finished goods dispatch as per orders.
• Prepare dispatch documents, invoices, challans, and gate passes.
• Coordinate vehicle placement, loading, and transporter activities.
• Verify quantity and material before dispatch.
• Maintain inward/outward material records.
• Track vehicle movement and delivery status.
• Conduct physical stock verification and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Sales, Accounts, and Stores.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely reporting.
• Follow safety, housekeeping, and 5S standards.

Qualification:
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Any Discipline / B.Com / BBA / Logistics / Supply Chain Management. Experience in dispatch, stores, warehouse, or raw material management, preferably in a manufacturing/steel industry, will be an advantage.
