Job Description:
Role & responsibilities
- Managing a team and Handling sales of Gold loan through mode of Open Market.
- Achieve contributed value targets set for the Branch in Branch
- Multiple Branch Handling
- Ensure sales volumes for Gold loan product, sourcing quality & underwriting diligence to meet sales targets while
controlling delinquencies and frauds.
- Provide superior customer experience
- Minimize pre & post disbursal discrepancies.
- Monthly Branch Visits and Handling team of Territory Managers.
