Job Role:
● Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
● Handle all quarries post sales
● Answering phones and explaining the products and services offered by the company
● Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications
● Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
● Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing those needs.
● Handle customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
● Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
● Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication
● Updating the queries and given resolution given in the system/ tool
● Maintain the SLA
