Job Responsibilities :
Training delivery of Standard Training Modules
Assist in preparing annual Learning & Development budget and calendar
Liasioning with senior leadership and line management for identification of learning requirements and incorporating those in the learning calendar
Close liaison with TTT trained trainers in the Store for In-store training delivery
Vendor management & Database development and generation
Training program related logistics and administrative arrangements
Co-ordination with the corporate /regional teams for program delivery Scope of Work
LMS Backend: To utilize all Modules of LMS such as Performance
Management, On boarding, LMS, Training etc; (VITAL - Big ticket item)
Upload of clean data
Report creation
Administration of the platform
Managing all roles
Data management: (vital) Participants feedback data management
Monthly L&D Dashboard (system-driven data)
Training allowance
Training Material: (VITAL)
Training Content creation
SOP to training content conversion
Process Training content
7 category basic product knowledge content creation Vendor Management: (VITAL)
Monthly invoices
Managing issues and escalation related to tech bugs btw vendors and employees
External trainers partnership
Document management: (vital)
Training calendar
Training manual updating
Assessment paper
Training policy creation
Career progression pan data synchronization LMS - HONO,
Excel data to system-based data
Pan India Training coordination: (SECONDARY) Mandatory Skills Required:-
