Job Description:
- Provide excellent customer service both at entry and exit levels, escort them to relevant counters/ floors.
- Be interactive with customers whether in person or on the phone
- Capable of creating a bonding with customers and conversion to DPP scheme.
- Should be excited to help customers and/or their queries.
- Qualification :- Graduate or Intermediate in any stream (with relevant experience)
- Communication, Persuance & Influence, Relationship Building, Customer Focus, Resilience & Persistence, Result Orientation, Adaptability, Integrity & Ethics, Teamwork
- (Female candidates preferred. Should have speaking fluency in Hindi & Odia).
