Zonal Head- West - CSG (Corporate Solution Group)

Job Description:

Team Management: Approximately 10 individuals (3 Direct/leads)

JOB SUMMARY

• Corporate Solution Group team generates group business (Group Health Insurance) primarily from insurance brokers.
• Total group business includes generating fresh business as well as retaining the existing set of clients.
• The individual has to work closely with her/his team to generate more business and retain the existing base of business.
• This would include cross-functional coordination (internally) and relationship management with brokers and clients at a senior level.
• The individual has to ensure that the progress of each individual is periodically tracked and business objective is achieved as planned and scheduled.
• The person would be expected to lead the entire west region (including but not limited to Mumbai + Ahmedabad + Pune)

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must have at least 10 years of experience in insurance Sales and minimum 5 years in Corporate group sales.
• Should have team handling experience.
• Should have experience in insurance broking.
