Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

- Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various positions.

- Job Postings: Create and post job vacancies on relevant platforms, ensuring a broad reach to potential candidates.

- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, conduct assessments, and provide feedback to candidates.

- Onboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a positive introduction to the company.

 

Salaries:

- Salary Administration: Manage the salary administration process, including salary structuring, revisions, and ensuring adherence to company policies.

- Compensation Analysis: Conduct regular compensation analysis to ensure market competitiveness and compliance with industry standards.

- Salary Disbursement: Coordinate with finance to ensure timely and accurate disbursement of salaries to employees.

- Benefits Administration: Assist in managing employee benefits programs, ensuring employees are informed and satisfied with their benefits.

 

Employee Scoreboard Management:

- Scoreboard Development: Design and implement employee scoreboards to measure and track performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Performance Reviews: Facilitate performance review processes, including goal-setting, feedback sessions, and performance improvement plans.

- Employee Recognition: Develop and implement employee recognition programs to acknowledge and reward outstanding performance.

- Scoreboard Analysis: Analyze scoreboard data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement, providing insights to management.

 

General HR Functions:

- Employee Relations: Address employee queries, concerns, and conflicts, fostering a positive work environment.

- Compliance: Ensure HR processes and practices comply with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.

- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leave, and personal details.

- HR Reporting: Generate regular HR reports for management review, summarizing key metrics and trends.

 

Qualifications:

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience: Proven experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment, salary administration, and performance management.

- Recruitment Skills: Strong skills in talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Compensation Expertise: Knowledge of salary structuring, compensation analysis, and benefits administration.

- Performance Management: Experience in developing and implementing employee scoreboards and performance review processes.

- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with employees and management.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills for data analysis, trend identification, and insights generation.

- Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve employee-related issues and challenges.

- Team Collaboration: Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective HR processes.

- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing HR requirements and business dynamics.
