State Head - Building Products
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic State Head from a reputed tiles, sanitary or building material industry.
- Create State sales plan in alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region
- Manage a Sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals
- Report on state sales results
- Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
- Forecast quarterly and annual profits
- Assist sales personnel in their techniques
- Develop specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
- Educate sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings
- Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
Preferred:
Proven work experience as Sales State Head / sales Manager or similar senior sales role
Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
Strong leadership and team building skills
Very good knowledge of product sales
Highly motivated, ambitious, positive, creative and innovative thinker
We do not prefer candidates from Cement, steel, Pipes, CPVC fittings and Paint.
Preferred from sanitary ware, tiles, flooring, wooden doors, UPVC, lamination and ply.
