Roles & responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
- Sales Planning and Funnel Management to achieve Monthly Numbers, deliver Volume & realize Revenue for assigned geography
- Manage relationships with various stakeholders along with negotiating and customizing Company’s offerings on a regular basis
- Individual contributor role with frequent travel and new business development.
- Key Account Management for identified business and critical accounts to ensure repeat purchase, higher share of customer wallet by leveraging cross selling opportunities.
- Analyze the customer funnel to derive business intelligence leading to reduced acquisition costs and improved stickiness and repeat rates amongst acquired customers
-Enable changes to sales processes to improve customer conversion. Champion customer centricity and inculcate it in the sales associates Manage, monitor, and own the end-to-end process by coordinating with the regional and central category fulfillment teams.
Who can apply:
- 3-8 years of sales experience in a B2B ecosystem, dealing with companies in steel, construction, or building material industries.
- Exposure to Individual Contributors sale
- Strong Ethics and High Perseverance
- Excellent Communication Skills with biasfor Action, Self-Drive and Initiative
- MBA from Top Business School

KAM in a B2B set-up with monthly sales targets rather than quarterly targets, frequent travel.
(should have handled >15 accounts simultaneously.)
- Industry with shorter sales conversion time ( Building Materials, Telecom, FMCG, Commodities etc.)
- Handling multiple stakeholders at client level
- Graduates of new IIMs, SIBM, KJ Somaiya, NMIMS, IMT, etc. 2017 and beyond
