Import Export Documentation Executive - Mumbai Location
Job Description:
Position in EXIM Dept.
- Good in MS Excel like using Vlookup, PivotTable, formulas
- Basic knowledge of Advance License application, utilization, compiling documents for closure
- Basic Knowledge of Export/Import activities
- Prepare and manage import/export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely and accurate shipment of goods.
- Verify compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of import/export laws and regulations.
- Handle communication with government agencies for permits and approvals.
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and address customs-related issues.
- Track and report shipment status to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation filing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Stay informed about changes in trade policies and tariffs.
