Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Employee Payroll:
Oversee end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
Address payroll-related queries and discrepancies promptly.
Recruitment:
Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
Keka HR Software Management:
Administer and optimize HR software systems, with proficiency in Keka HR.
Performance Management:
Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee development and organizational success.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Policy and Compliances:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Regularly review and update HR policies to align with legal requirements and organizational needs.
Employee Life Cycle Management:
Handle various aspects of the employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Employee Engagement:
Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Organize employee events and activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
- HR Generalist with a minimum of 7-10 years in a similar role

Comprehensive knowledge of payroll processing, recruitment, HR software (especially Keka), performance management, policy and compliance, employee life cycle management, and employee engagement.

Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
