Job Description:
Qualification : MBA - HR
Years Of Experience : 10+years in real estate industry
CTC : Upto 12LPA (negotiable as per experience)
Language Known : English / Hindi / Odia
Preferred Candidate : Male
Roles & Responsibilities:
Balance of interpersonal skills, legal knowledge, and business acumen to effectively contribute to the
organization's overall success.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. Identify and Coordinate with Placement
Consultancy.
Address employee concerns and grievances.
Implement and manage the performance appraisal process.
Provide guidance on goal setting and performance improvement plans.
Lead the recruitment and selection process.
Coordinate and organize training programs.
Identify training needs within the organization.
Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
Provide guidance to employees on HR-related policies.
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
Stay informed about labor laws and regulations.
Handle employee relations issues in accordance with company policies and legal regulations.
Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports.
Stay updated on HR technology trends and implement relevant tools.
Manage compensation programs and salary structures.
