Job Description:
The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales initiatives within a designated geographic area. This role involves implementing sales strategies and building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders. 
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies for products, considering market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape. 
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand market share and achieve revenue targets. 
  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and team success. 
  • Collaborate with distributors and retailers to optimize product placement, visibility, and availability in the market. 
  • Monitor distributor performance and provide guidance on improving efficiency and effectiveness in product distribution. 
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including retailers, bars, restaurants, and other outlets. 
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly to enhance customer satisfaction. 
  • Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute effective promotional activities, product launches, and brand campaigns. 
  • Participate in industry events and trade shows to increase brand awareness and generate leads. 
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to forecast sales, set targets, and performance report. 
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on sales achievements, challenges, and opportunities. 
  • Develop and manage the regional sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet sales objectives. 
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and industry standards in the sale and distribution of the products. 
Qualifications: 
 
  • Proven experience in sales management within the beverage industry. 
  • In-depth knowledge of the beverage market, industry trends, and distribution channels. 
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the beverage industry. 
  • Flexibility to travel within the assigned region as needed.
