Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Target potential clients through thorough market research.
- Qualify leads through cold calls and personal visits.
- Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to refine targeting strategies.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage and track leads through the sales pipeline.
- Conduct initial qualification of leads to ensure alignment with company services and solutions.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead qualification criteria.
- Clearly communicate the value proposition of our services to prospects through personal visits.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings or demos between qualified leads and the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Engage in consultative conversations to understand client needs and challenges.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, including key metrics and outcomes.
- Collaborate with the sales team to analyze and improve lead generation strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience: Upto 1 Year
- Proven experience as a lead generator or similar role in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT services and solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead tracking tools.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
