Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Job Responsibilities:

    The BDM will be responsible for promoting the HR Services (Recruitment, Staffing & Payroll Management) and acquiring new clients and additional business form existing clients to meet the company objective & Business Targets. The major roles and responsibilities would include:

    • Working closely with Stakeholder to device monthly/quarterly business plan and executing the same to acquire New Business.
    • Generate leads, build a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities by identifying and reaching out to targeted prospects through personalized communication leveraging multiple outreach channels.
    • Build and nurture client relationships with decision-makers to uncover business opportunities.
    • Facilitate and set up meetings of prospects, participate in a joint call and assist them in bringing the deal to closure for new client acquisition.
    • Enhance relationships with the existing clients and present new products & services to them.
    • Management and Research, using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.
    • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and channels to increase sales.
    • Work closely with colleagues & stakeholders to meet customer needs.
    • Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
    • Impart business development training and mentoring to colleagues.
    • Prepare weekly, monthly & quarterly reports to have constructive discussions to plan and execute improvements to meet the business targets.
    • Passionate in achieving monthly and quarterly Targets.

    Requirement: 

    • Graduate with 2 + years’ experience in Sales & Business Development, with 1+ years of BD experience in a recruitment, executive search, staffing industry.
    • A suitable candidates must have:
      • Great networking and relationship-building skills.
      • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
      • Confident with convincing skills & cheerful personality.
      • Ability to work and deliver the results
      • High on Confidence, Influencing and Relationship-building
      • Sound knowledge of MS Office- Word, Excel and Internet.
