Job Responsibilities:
The BDM will be responsible for promoting the HR Services (Recruitment, Staffing & Payroll Management) and acquiring new clients and additional business form existing clients to meet the company objective & Business Targets. The major roles and responsibilities would include:
- Working closely with Stakeholder to device monthly/quarterly business plan and executing the same to acquire New Business.
- Generate leads, build a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities by identifying and reaching out to targeted prospects through personalized communication leveraging multiple outreach channels.
- Build and nurture client relationships with decision-makers to uncover business opportunities.
- Facilitate and set up meetings of prospects, participate in a joint call and assist them in bringing the deal to closure for new client acquisition.
- Enhance relationships with the existing clients and present new products & services to them.
- Management and Research, using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and channels to increase sales.
- Work closely with colleagues & stakeholders to meet customer needs.
- Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
- Impart business development training and mentoring to colleagues.
- Prepare weekly, monthly & quarterly reports to have constructive discussions to plan and execute improvements to meet the business targets.
- Passionate in achieving monthly and quarterly Targets.
Requirement:
- Graduate with 2 + years’ experience in Sales & Business Development, with 1+ years of BD experience in a recruitment, executive search, staffing industry.
- A suitable candidates must have:
- Great networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Confident with convincing skills & cheerful personality.
- Ability to work and deliver the results
- High on Confidence, Influencing and Relationship-building
- Sound knowledge of MS Office- Word, Excel and Internet.
