Manager/ Sr Manager Learning and Development (L&D) Mumbai
Job Description:
This role will work closely with the CHRO & MD and be responsible for building and running the people
development process mainly focusing on but not limited to:
Learning & Development
Creating a robust L&D process, including identifying training needs, creating training calendar and running
training programs across levels
Creating a robust process for hi potential employee development, including making
IDPs, career paths & succession planning
Performance Management
Running the annual performance appraisal process and refining the same
Running mid- year feedback sessions and Multi rater feedback/360 feedback sessions.
Participating in feedback conversations and creating action plans out of the same.
Employee Engagement
Running engagement & pulse surveys
Co-creating action plans with managers and ensuring the same is completed.
Custodian of and drafting and revising employee Policies, Employee handbook and Guidelines as and when
needed.
Special Projects wrt Employee Development
Responsible for driving Rewards and Recognitions for the Organization.
Additional responsibilities as and when required.
