Responsibilities:
A) Technical related:
 Working knowledge of GST (Indirect Tax) and other related laws / regulations
 Assisting associates with understanding of the amendments in applicable laws to the
client, taking timely and appropriate steps for their compliances.

B) Team related:
 Planning, organizing, assigning, reviewing, and evaluating the work of Team.
 Contribute to team meetings, suggesting ideas and brainstorming.
 Training of new employees
 Review individual performances and resource requirements and take corrective steps
by way of motivating and bringing resources up to speed.
C) Client Relations related:
 Client co-ordination, client relationship and providing value addition to clients
wherever required
 Understand the clients' business and re-look at the client engagement with that
perspective.
D) Management related:
 Co-ordination with Management and other teams
 Billing, Recovery and Budgeting
 Work with the Management team to assist with developing the Growth Strategy
 Ensure SOP and related files / records is periodically updated by team
 Ensuring Data backup, confidentiality and security measures are followed by team.
E) Client Assignment related:
 Periodic review of accounts and ensure client compliances and deliverables.
 Finalization of Accounts, directing the preparation of audits, financial statements and
varied fiscal reports.
 Reviewing and recommending modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
 Identifying and assisting in resolving accounting / tax/ other issues
 Interaction on important / critical matters through emails, telephonic calls or personal
meetings with clients, their employees, their vendors, their bankers, their consultants
and auditors.
 Proactive thinking and raising flags over any possible exposure from accounting or tax
regulatory perspective and timely advising on actions to be taken
