PERSONAL ASSISTANT ( PA ) TO DIRECTOR - RAIPUR
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Calendar Management:
- Manage and prioritize the director's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to arrange meetings and ensure availability.

Communication and Correspondence:
- Screen and manage the director's emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication.
- Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the director.

Travel Coordination:
- Arrange domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare travel itineraries and ensure all necessary arrangements are in place.

Meeting Coordination:
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and presentations.
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and documentation.

Document Management:
- Maintain and organize files, records, and confidential information.
- Ensure that documents are properly archived and easily accessible.

Task Delegation:
- Assist in managing tasks and assignments, ensuring that deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with other departments or team members to facilitate task completion.

Office Management:
- Oversee the smooth running of the director's office, including ordering supplies and managing office equipment.
- Handle administrative tasks such as expense reports and budget tracking.

Stakeholder Liaison:
- Act as a point of contact between the director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key contacts.

Confidentiality:
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Uphold a high level of confidentiality in all aspects of the role.

Problem Solving:
- Anticipate and proactively address issues or challenges that may arise in the director's day-to-day activities.
- Provide solutions and recommendations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
- Ability to work independently and handle tasks with minimal supervision.
