Lead – Retail Platform (automotive aftermarket/spares parts), Chennai
Job Description:
The role will be focused on increasing sales and margins to our entire retailer ecosystem pan-India,
and to our garage and fleet ecosystem in Kerala.
Revenue growth: Driving 25% YoY revenue growth across entire customer base through
appointment of additional franchisee retailers and increased share of wallet per retailer
Margin enhancement: Improving margins across all channels through improved mix of
products towards higher-margin brands
Working capital reduction: Reduction of overall working capital through inventory reduction
and credit reduction
The retail platform head will report directly to the President – Parts
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Requirements
At least 15+ years of experience in automotive aftermarket/spares sector
Experience managing pan-India spare parts distribution
Deep automotive spare parts knowledge across variety of components
Fluency in English, proficiency in Hindi (required), Tamil (optional), Malayalam (optional)
Ability to relocate to Chennai, India
