Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.  Must have Skills : ABS Chemical Enterprise Services  Good to Have Skills :  Oracle Siebel Project Management, Program Project Mgmt  Job Requirements : 1-In depth understanding and working experience in Manufacturing Execution System  Rockwell , wonder ware , Werum etc.  and its architecture  2-Handling implementation experience in MES deployments  3-Experience working with direct clients and building solutions based on requirements  4-Conducting in-depth analysis to identify problems  find trends  5-Make sound recommendations  Decision Maker 6-Knowledge of ITIL process Incident ,Problem  Change management  7-Good to have experience HP service center , BMC service center or similar tool  8-Good to have a back ground from Life science domain  Compliance process awareness  9-Good to have experience in automation layer
