Job Description:
Qualification: BE / Diploma Mechanical or Production
Experience: min 3 to 5 Years of CNC Machining parts development
Department: CNC Machine Shop
Location: Pirungut in Pune
Joining Should: As soon as possible,
Role & responsibilities:
Skill in Machine selection, CNC VMC Programming experience, CNC Machines setting.
Cycle time study & cost reduction ideas.
Knowledge of various cutting tools, inserts and precision measurment tools.
Man power handling experience and production Function in CNC Shop to meet Shift Production targets.
Understand the specification of the task at hand and desired result by reading blueprints and drawings etc.
Provide training to operators to follow safety protocol while loading and unloading of parts on the Machines.
Good Communication abilities.
Knowledge in 5S and Team Management.
