Examine the continued effectiveness of the internal control system through evaluation and make recommendations, if any, for improving that effectiveness. Thus, the focus is towards improving the internal control structure and promoting better corporate governance.
Preparing & maintaining statutory books of accounts, audit, reconciliation of account receivable & payable, finalization of accounts, - Assist the seniors in reviewing & checking the financial statements & preparation of the audit report, management comment letter & management representation letter
