Position:          Waste Management Officer

Location:         Kadi near by Mehsana

Experience:      0- 5 years

Industries:       Packaging

Responsibilities:

• Identify all types of wastages and its Causes of all the process
• Bifurcating and verifying the waste quantity and keeping the record of the same
• Analysing the causes of waste and aiming to Reduce it to the lowest of all the process
• Looking after all the protocols of the waste relating to certification GPCB or any government entity as per requirement
• Brainstorming to convert the recyclable waste into useful product
• Making And Collecting Daily Waste Report of all Department (JOB TO JOB) and find the reason of waste and Assist to find proper Solution to reduce waste.
• Supervise the transportation of waste to ensure that it takes place efficiently without contaminating air and Water
• Assist to Develop Waste Reduction Policy
• Doing market research of any new recyclable product from RP and analysing its cost, lifespan, market-share and publish the product in coordination with management.
• Identify Major Key factors of Waste on the production floor and prepare its corrective and preventive action to minimize it.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports to management.
• Advise organisations on the implementation of waste regulations and on improvement strategies for waste management and waste minimisation, to increase environmentally sustainable practices and environmental awareness.

 Required Skills

• Must be excellent in written and spoken English, net savvy, and adept at computer skills.
• Very good in negotiation, coordination, organization, and problem-solving
• Ability to multitask, time management, 

Required Qualification: - B.Sc/M.Sc/BE/B.Tech - Environmental 

Salary: - Up to 4.80 LPA
