Job Description:
- Responsible for overall sales goals and results of the sales
- Serve as the day-to-day contact: Daily communication & approvals, management of strategy implementation together with senior managers, ensure deliverables and deadlines are being met by the
- Closely monitor and listen to sales people
- Lead company's planning and execution of strategies to increase sales and company
- Together with management, set targets and performance plans, for the sales
- Meet with salespeople weekly and perform one-on-one meetings to review performance, progress, and
- Deliver deep performance reviews for each individual salesperson per
- Coach individual salespeople through weekly one-on-one and prospecting help sessions to help them improve sales

- Develop a scalable inbound and outbound sales process and ensure sales team adhere to it correctly.

- Manage various aspects of sales for Tradeshows, Seminars or various marketing
