Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Team Leader for Operations. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-today activities of our operations team, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company policies and procedures. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent 
communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. 
  • Lead and supervise the operations team, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed.  
  • Plan and delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth workflow and meet operational targets.  
  • Monitor team performance and productivity, implementing strategies to improve efficiency and quality of work. 
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to facilitate their professional development.  
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and enhance overall operational effectiveness. 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.  
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to streamline operations and reduce costs. 
  •  Serve as a point of contact for escalated issues and resolve conflicts within the team. 
  •  Maintain accurate records and reports related to operations activities. 
  •  Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in operations. 

 

Who can apply :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within operations, preferably in a similar industry. 
  •  Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. 
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 
  •  Solid understanding of operational processes and principles. 
  •  Proficiency in project management tools and software.
