Team Leader - Operations
Job Description:
- Lead and supervise the operations team, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed.
- Plan and delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth workflow and meet operational targets.
- Monitor team performance and productivity, implementing strategies to improve efficiency and quality of work.
