Job Description:

. Designation – Senior Recruitment Executive (individual & team leading role)

2. Number of vacancies – 1
3. Qualification & Experience –

 Graduate, MBA (preferred)

 Good knowledge of MS Excel / MS Word / Email

 Exp – min 5 years proven recruitment experience

4. Gender – Female living close by (virar, naigaon, nalasopara, bhayander, miraroad, vasai)
5. Working Day &Timings – 9 pm to 6 pm from Monday to Saturday. 3 Saturdays off.
6. Workplace – Vasai West (15 min by rickshaw from Vasai road Station) Landmark – Behind Unity mall and above Janseva hospital
7. Salary – Depends on current package and interview. can go upto 50k ctc

- Good communication is must

- Must have proven team leading experience

- Must have done Client management

- Exposure in the entire hiring process from sourcing, searching, and screening from different portals, social media, job fairs.

- Reviewing resumes and applications

- Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process

- Conducting first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews.

- Strong knowledge of candidates selection methods

- Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills

- Deep understanding of recruitment processes

- Proven working experience in recruiting
