Job Description:
Location: Churchgate, Mumbai
An opportunity to work with an established firm with 40+ years of track record, having a presence in 5 cities and working for corporate and MNC clients.
Eligibility Criteria
- CA Fresher with relevant articleship experience in Statutory Audit, or Semi-Qualified CA with 3–4 years of experience in Audit.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage statutory audits, including audit planning, execution, financial statement review, and finalisation.

Sound knowledge of Accounting Standards (AS), Ind AS, Standards on Auditing (SA), and applicable statutory requirements.

Ensure compliance with applicable Accounting Standards, the Companies Act, and other relevant statutory requirements.

Identify audit observations, assess risks, and ensure timely closure of audit queries.

Good working knowledge of Income Tax and GST compliances, with exposure to tax audits being an added advantage.

Strong communication, team management, analytical, and decision-making skills.
