Job Description:

HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and regulations
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with employees, management, and
external stakeholders.
 Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve HR-related issues effectively
 Attention to detail: Meticulousness in maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance.
 Well versed with MS – Office suite

 Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:
o Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing necessary
documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the
organization.
o Manage offboarding procedures, including conducting exit interviews, collecting
company assets, and processing necessary paperwork.

 HR Information Systems (HRIS) Management:
o Maintain and update employee records and information within the HRIS, ensuring
accuracy and confidentiality.
o Generate reports and analyze HR data to support decision-making processes and
identify trends or areas for improvement.

 Compliance and Legal Requirements:
o Stay informed about labour laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure
compliance with relevant legal requirements.
o Assist in implementing and enforcing HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to
maintain a fair and compliant work environment.

 Recordkeeping and Documentation:
o Maintain organized and up-to-date HR records, including personnel files, employment
contracts, and other relevant documentation.
o Ensure adherence to document retention policies and confidentiality guidelines for sensitive HR
information.
o Managing HR audits to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
 Employee Relations and Support:
o Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance and assistance
on HR-related matters.
o Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company
policies and procedures.

HR Projects and Initiatives:
o Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as process improvements, system
enhancements, and policy reviews, to support overall HR objectives.
o Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains within HR
operations, implementing solutions to enhance service delivery and effectiveness.

 Payroll Processing and Benefits Administration:
o Coordinate payroll activities, including processing payroll inputs, validation of cuts and ensuring
timely and accurate payroll disbursements.
o Post Payroll - Managing payroll tax calculations, deductions, and submissions to ensure
compliance with local, state, and central tax regulations.
o Handling Statutory and Labour Compliances as per regulation requirements
o Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, and leave policies, and
serve as a point of contact for benefits-related inquiries.
o Ensuring compliance with labour laws, regulations, and industry standards in all HR-related
activities and maintaining records for audits

 Experience maintaining confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive data.
