Job Summary:

The Solar Panel Installation Team Head will oversee the installation of solar panel systems, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves managing installation teams, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring compliance with all safety and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and manage the installation team to ensure high-quality and timely solar panel installations.
• Project Management: Oversee all aspects of solar panel installations, from planning and site assessment to system commissioning and final inspection.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure that all installation activities comply with company safety policies and industry regulations, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control throughout the installation process, conducting final inspections to ensure systems are installed correctly and efficiently.
• Resource Management: Coordinate and manage materials, tools, and equipment required for installations, ensuring they are available and in good condition.
• Scheduling: Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all installation activities while meeting customer expectations.
• Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to the installation team, troubleshooting issues and ensuring effective problem resolution.
• Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to address any questions or concerns related to the installation process, providing excellent customer service and support.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, including system specifications, inspection reports, and compliance documentation.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and quality of installations.
